Experimentally Supported Human LncRNA and Cancer Associations Database

Welcome to Lnc2Cancer 2.0


Lnc2Cancer, is a manually curated database that provides comprehensive experimentally supported associations between lncRNA and human cancer. The current version of Lnc2Cancer documents 4,987 entries of associations between 1,843 human lncRNAs and 165 human cancer subtypes through review of more than 6,500 published papers. Especially, Lnc2Cancer also provide experimentally supported circulating, drug-resistant, prognostic lncRNAs in cancers. Moreover, lncRNAs regulated by microRNA (miRNA), Transcription factor (TF), variant and methylation are also shown.

New features





In Lnc2Cancer 2.0, the researchers have updated the database with more data and several new features, including:



1. Expanding more (more than 4 times compared to Lnc2Cancer 1.0) experimentally supported associations between lncRNA and human cancer.
2. Collecting experimentally supported circulating, drug-resistant, prognostic lncRNAs in cancers.
3. Adding the regulatory mechanisms of lncRNA in cancer, including microRNA, transcription factor (TF), variant and methylation.
4. Updating the high-throughput experiments of lncRNAs in cancers.
5. Providing Lnc-Cancer_score to evaluate associations between lncRNA and cancer.
6. The annotation information of LncRNAs have been updated (Version 28).
