Experimentally Supported Human LncRNA and Cancer Associations Database

Welcome to Lnc2Cancer 2.0


Lnc2Cancer, is a manually curated database that provides comprehensive experimentally supported associations between lncRNA and human cancer. The current version of Lnc2Cancer documents 4698 entries of associations between 1783 human lncRNAs and 165 human cancer subypes through review of more than 6,000 published papers. Especially, Lnc2Cancer also provide experimentally supported circulating, drug-resistant, prognistic lncRNAs in cancers. Moreover, lncRNAs regulated by microRNA, transcrption factor (TF), variant and metylation are also shown.

New features





In Lnc2Cancer 2.0, the researchers have updated the database with more data and several new features, including:



1. Expanding more (more than 4 times compared to Lnc2Cancer 1.0) experimentally supported associations between lncRNA and human cancer in human cancers.
2. Collecting experimentally supported circulating, drug-resistant, prognistic lncRNAs in cancers.
3. Add the regulatory mechanism of lncRNA in cancer, including microRNA, transcrption factor (TF), variant and metylation.
4. Updating the high-throughput experiments of lncRNAs in cancers.
5. Provide Lnc-Cancer_score to evaluate associations between lncRNA and cancer.
6. The annotation information of LncRNAs have been updated (GRCh38).
