| Function Description | In the present study, we observed that the novel circ_RNA, Hsa_circ_0046701, is overexpressed in glioma tissues and cell lines. Knockdown of Hsa_circ_0046701 in glioma cell lines inhibited cell proliferation and invasion, suggesting that hsa_circ_0046701 might play an oncogenic role in the pathogenesis and development of glioma. We then explored the correlation between hsa_circ_0046701, miR-142-3p, and integrin subunit beta 8 (ITGB8), and found that hsa_circ_0046701 may promote tumor growth by increasing the expression of the miR-142-3p target, ITGB8, in glioma. |
