| Function Description | In this study, we found that the long non-coding RNA colon cancer-associated transcript 1 was upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues (p<0.05), and high colon cancer-associated transcript 1 expression level was positively associated with tumor volume (p<0.05) and American Joint Committee on Cancer stage (p<0.05) in hepatocellular carcinoma patients. These data demonstrated that the colon cancer-associated transcript 1/miR-490-3p/cyclin-dependent kinase 1 regulatory pathway promotes the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma. |
