| Function Description | lncRNA ADAMTS9-AS2 was significantly down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cells. Decreased expression of lncRNA ADAMTS9-AS2 was associated with poor prognosis in patients with gastric cancer. Our results indicate that overexpression of ADAMTS9-AS2 may inhibit gastric cancer cell proliferation, suppress cancer cell migration and invasion, and induce cell apoptosis. These results imply that suppression of ADAMTS9-AS2 may enhance SGC-7901 cell migration and invasion possible via regulating EMT. |
