| Function Description | DLEU1 promotes the pathogenesis and development of epithelial ovarian cancer through its interaction with miR-490-3p, thereby altering the expression of the miR-490-3p target genes, that is, CDK1, CCND1 and SMARCD1, as well as the expression of MMP2, Bcl-xLand P70S6K. Our study clarifies the occurrence and possible molecular mechanisms of EOC and provides new perspectives for early diagnosis and treatment. The interactions and molecular mechanisms between lncRNAs and miRNAs warrant further exploration. |
