Function Description | FER1L4 was downregulated in 91.80% of gastric cancer tissues studied.low expression of FER1L4 was associated with tumor size, histological staging, tumor infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, tumor-node-metastasis staging, angioneurotic infiltration and serum CA72-4 antigen levels.Patients that receive surgical treatment for this disease typically have a poor prognosis, particularly those with glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), for which the average survival time is <2 years.etal bovine serum (FBS), 0.25% trypsin and Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) were purchased from Invitrogen. |
