Function Description | To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to report that GAS5 exerts inhibitory effects on ovarian cancer cell proliferation, at least in part through the downregulation of miR-21 expression and therefore the upregulation of SPRY2 expression. These findings suggest that the GAS5/miR?21/SPRY2 signaling pathway may be a potential therapeutic target in ovarian cancer. |
