| Expression Pattern | up-regulated |
| Function Description | The results showed that overexpression of H19 promoted the features of GC including proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis. H19 and its associated miR-675 act as oncogenes by promoting cell growth and malignant transformation in human gastric cancer. The upregulation of H19 and miR-675 in GC suggests that both H19 and miR-675 are important factors in GC tumorigenesis and metastasis. Furthermore, we showed that H19 plays additional roles mediated by separate pathways and interaction with its target gene ISM1. |
