| Function Description | The mRNA level of lncRNA-HOTAIR in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in cancer-adjacent tissues (P<0.05), and the high expression of lncRNA-HOTAIR indicated that the OS of patients was shortened (P<0.05). The IC50 of NCI-H1299/DDP cells inhibiting DDP was 127.82 uM, which was significantly higher than that of parental NCI-H1299 cells (IC50=8.40 uM) (P<0.05). |
