Function Description | Taken together, it is concluded that HSP90AA1-IT1, performs its function via regulating the development of gliomas through miR-885-5p-CDK2 signaling axis, and this has added new perspective to its role in tumorigenesis, thus providing potential therapeutic targets for glioma treatment.Curve graph indicated survival time of the xenograft mice. A dual-luciferase reporter vector was used to generate the luciferase constructs. The putative binding sites and its homologous mutation sites in the 3??UTR region of CDK2 mRNA and HSP90AA1-IT1 were amplified and cloned into pmiRGLO luciferase reporter plasmid. |
