| Function Description | LncRNA ITGB1 was found upregulated in BCa tissues and cell lines. Knockdown of lncRNA ITGB1 remarkably inhibited cell proliferation. The expression levels of ITGB1 and microRNA-10a in BCa tissues were negatively correlated. ITGB1 downregulation was found to be able to enhance microRNA-10a expression, suggesting that microRNA-10a may be a potential target for ITGB1 in BCa. In addition, cell reverse experiment also verified that ITGB1 could regulate the expression of microRNA-10a, and their interaction affected the malignant progression of BCa. |
