| Function Description | Our study demonstrates that linc00346 could be a potential oncogene and a therapeutic target in bladder cancer.lncRNAs, a subclass of noncoding RNAs with a minimum length of 200 nts, are involved in multiple levels of gene regulation, including epigenetic regulation by recruiting chromatin modifying complex [14] and posttranscriptional regulation by interacting with proteins, miRNAs and mRNAs [15e17]. |
