| Function Description | lincITGB1 levels were lower in tumor tissues of BC patients in comparison to adjacent non-cancerous breast tissues (p < 0.001). Linc-ITGB1 expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, pathological differentiation and TNM stage (all p < 0.05). linc-ITGB1 be a potential biomarker in the prognosis of BC.The present study aimed to determine the relationship between linc-ITGB1 expression and clinicopathological features and survival. |
