| Function Description | In our study, we determined the anti-metastatic effect of EGb 761 on colorectal cancer cells and further explored the potential underlying regulatory mechanism.Plants have provided a rich source of therapeutic agents and bases for synthetic drugs. Previous studies indicated that LincRNA-p21 functioned as an tumor suppressor gene through participation in epigenetic regulation, such as histone methylation and/or CpG methylation at pluripotency gene promoters. Long intergenic non-coding RNA-p21 (LincRNA-p21) (3100 nt) is located on chromosome 6, approximately 15 kb upstream from the Cdkn1a (p21) gene. |
