| Function Description | lnc-MMP3-1 was signifcantly differentially overexpressed in EACSCC. Tumor lnc-MMP3-1 levels were closely associated with differentiation degree, tumor invasion and TNM stage. lnc-MMP3-1 expression was a signifcant prognostic factor in EACSCC. The study is the frst screening and analysis of lncRNAsprofle in EACSCC and provides new insights into pathogenesis of this raredisease. Our fndings offered convincing evidences that lnc-MMP3-1 is a novelsurvival predictor of EACSCC patients. |
