| Function Description | Compared with the non-malignant groups, the malignant group had higher expression levels of lncRNA-TSIX and SOGA mRNA and a lower expression level of miR-548-a-3p in the serum. Interestingly, there was a highly significant negative correlation between miR-548-a-3p expression and lncRNA-TSIX and a negative correlation between miR-548-a-3p expression and SOGA. There was a significant positive correlation between lncRNA-TSIX and SOGA mRNA.A signifcant reduction in the RFS and an increase in the cumulative hazards among the lncRNA-TSIX and SOGA mRNA-positive HCC patients. Among the 3 RNAs, serum lncRNA-TSIX and SOGA1 were independent prognostic factor. |
