Function Description | In conclusion, our current work has revealed that lncRNA LSINCT5 serves as a novel oncogenic factor which is critically involved in NSCLC progression. LSINCT5 can enhance malignant phenotypes of lung cancer both in vitro and in vivo. LSINCT5 contributes to NSCLC tumorigenesis partially by physical interaction with and stabilizing HMGA2. Kaplan-Meier survival curves for patients with NSCLC. P < 0.01 by log-rank test. |
