| Function Description | We found that MALAT1 was significantly upregulated in GBC tissues. Knockdown of MALAT1 could inhibit GBC cell proliferation and metastasis both in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, knockdown of MALAT1 led to the inactivation of the ERK-MAPK pathway. |
