| Function Description | In summary, MEG3 could enforce the expression of RASL11B to inhibit the progression of CCRCC by down-regulating miR-7. Through a range of experiments, we verified that overexpressed MEG3 could up-regulate the expression of RASL11B by inhibiting miR-7, suppressing the cell proliferation, migration, and invasion as well as improving apoptosis in CCRCC.MEG3 could up-regulate RASL11B to inhibit the cell proliferation, invasion, and migration; induce G0/G1 cell cycle arrest; and promote cell apoptosis by suppressing miR-7 in CCRCC. |
