| Function Description | The results showed that the expression of MALAT1, CCAT1, and PANDAR was significantly upregulated with 1.86, 4.54, and 4.68-fold increased levels ( p < 0.05), respectively, in the blood of CRC patients compared to the controls. However, the other lncRNAs examined were not significantly expressed in CRC blood samples. |
