| Function Description | PlncRNA-1 expression levels were significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues than in normal prostate tissues. Knockdown of PlncRNA-1 decreases TGF-B1 in LNCaP cells, and overexpression of PlncRNA-1 upregulates TGF-B1 in C4-2 cells. The expression of PlncRNA-1 is related to EMT in prostate cancer. |
