| Function Description | Our results suggest that high PVT1 expression might be a potential biomarker for assessing tumor recurrence and prognosis in colorectal cancer patients. PVT1 plays a role similar to the relevant proto-oncogene to promote the metastasis, proliferation, and invasion of malignant cells, and enhances the resistance of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs.
