| Function Description | lncRNA SNHG7 was overexpressed in PCa cell lines and tissues. LncRNA SNHG7 promotes prostate cancer migration and invasion by modulating EMT. Further study indicated that lncRNA SNHG7 acts as a sponge for miRNA-324-3p and positively regulates WNT2B by a sponge effect. Moreover, We confirmed that WNT2B, an important protein in the Wnt signal pathway, promotes the malignant phenotype of PCa cells and mediated the biological effects exerted by lncRNA SNHG7 |
