| Function Description | To validate the results of data mining and determine the clinical relevance of lncRNA dysregulation, we detected the expression levels of the above four lncRNAs in 35 clinical tissues with and without pelvic lymph node metastasis (PLNM) by qRT-PCR. The qRT-PCR result was consistent with our analysis, in that expression of all 4 lncRNAs had statistical difference with the same trend. |
