Function Description | LncRNA TNRC6C-AS1 and UNC5B were overexpressed while miR-129-5p was downregulated in TC. TNRC6C-AS1 could competitively bind to miR-129-5p as a ceRNA and upregulate the expression of UNC5B, a target gene of miR- 129-5p. Therefore, the downregulation of TNRC6C-AS1 could silence UNC5B, thus suppress TC development. |
