| Function Description | the expression of TP73-AS1 was increased in GC tissues and cell lines and increased expression level of TP73-AS1 was associated with poor prognosis in patients with GC. silencing of TP73-AS1 may suppress cell proliferation and enhance the chemotherapeutic response of GC cells to cisplatin. increased expression level of TP73-AS1 was signifcantly associated with tumor stage (P=0.001), lymph node metastasis (P=0.008), distant metastasis (P=0.034) and differentiation (P=0.017). Silencing of TP73-AS1 inhibits cell proliferation and increases chemosensitivity through regulating cell cycle and apoptosis. |
