| Function Description | TPT1-AS1 is upregulated in CRC tissues and the enhanced expression of TPT1-AS1 is associated with poor prognosis. Functional studies indicate that TPT1-AS1 promotes CRC angiogenesis and metastasis. Mechanistically, TPT1-AS1 functions as a positive regulator of VEGFA by binding to NF90 and promotes the interaction between NF90 and VEGFA mRNA. These findings might provide new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of CRC. |
