| Function Description | Both qRT-PCR and western blot results showed that overexpression of WT TUG1 upregulated DLX1 expression in OSCC cells, whereas MUT TUG1 did not disrupt base pairing between TUG1 and miR-524-5p (Figure 6e,f). To sum up, our findings confirmed that TUG1 positively regulated the expression of DLX1 by directly binding to miR-524-5p. |
