| Function Description | We found that the levels of VPS9D1-AS1 were significantly higher in cancer tissues than in paired normal tissues from both lung squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and adenocarcinoma (ADC). The high levels of VPS9D1-AS1 were found to be associated with cancer lymph node metastasis. Prognostic analysis revealed that the survival time for SCC patients with high levels of VPS9D1-AS1 was significantly shorter than that of patients with low levels of VPS9D1-AS1. |
