| Function Description | XLOC_008466 expression was up-regulated in cervical cancer tissue and cells compared to normal controls. In vitro functional experiments, CCK-8 assay and colony formation assay showed that XLOC_008466 knockdown suppressed the proliferation of cervical cancer cells. Flow cytometry and transwell assay showed that XLOC_008466 knockdown induced G0/G1 phase arrest and aggravated the apoptosis. In vivo, XLOC_008466 knockdown inhibited the tumor growth. Bioinformatics analysis revealed that XLOC_008466 sponged miR-216b with the complementary binding sites at 3'-UTR. |
