| Function Description | In human hepatic cancer, loss of/reduced expression of Lnc-4 (XLOC_017603) was detected in HBXF344, SNU449, BEL7402, SMMC7721, HepG2, SK-Hep1, PLC/PRF/5 and Hep3B cells, It was highly expressed in LM3, Huh7 and LO2 cells. The expression of Lnc-4 was reduced in 41.7% (5/12) of primary hepatic cancer. While high expression level was observed in normal liver tissue. |
