| Function Description | Consistent with the expression profile of circHIPK3 in EOC and NOT, circHIPK3 was highly expressed in normal ovarian tissue cells (IOSE80 cells) compared with that in ovarian cancer cell lines. We found that circHIPK3 was primarily distributed in the cytoplasm.Silencing of circHIPK3 could significantly promote the migration of ovarian cancer cells compared with that in the negative control group. |
