| Function Description | We found that LINC01093, FAM99A and CRNDE were differentially expressed in HCC compared with cirrhotic tissues, confirming the data we obtained in the RNA-Seq experiment. Moreover, we found that LINC01093 and FAM99A were already significantly downregulated in cirrhotic tissues compared with normal livers. |
