LncRNA-Cancer_Score is used to evaluate the verified level of lncRNA-cancer associations based on number of references and sample. For each lncRNA-cancer association, we counted the total number of confirmed cases and if the experiment had been verified in tissues, blood or cell lines. We then calculated the LncRNA-Cancer_Score by above two indices. View our Help page for further help.
