| Function Description | Among all the pairs of CRC patients, the expression levels of lncRNA GAS5 in CRC tissues were significantly lower than those in the corresponding normal tissues. We found the allele del of rs145204276 was significantly associated with 21% decreased risk of CRC. Compared with the genotype ins/ins, both the genotype ins/del and del/del showed decreased susceptibility. |
