| Function Description | The lower expression of GAS5 was significantly correlated with large tumor size, low histological grade and advanced TNM stage. Multivariate analyses revealed that GAS5 expression served as an independent predictor for overall survival. Further experiments revealed that overexpressed GAS5 significantly repressed the proliferation both in vitro and in vivo. |
