| Function Description | The expression of GAS5-AS1 in NSCLC tumors was much lower than that in the adjacent normal lung tissues. The reduced GAS5-AS1 was significantly correlated with larger tumors, higher TNM stages, and lymph node metastasis in NSCLC patients. Ectopic expression or downregulation of GAS5-AS1 influences NSCLC cell migration and invasion. |
