| Function Description | The real-time PCR analysis demonstrated that activation of the ectopic E2F1 increased expression of GASL1 in both U2OS and H1299 cell lines. These results demonstrate that GASL1 plays a crucial role in osteosarcoma cell growth in vivo. |
