| Function Description | Microscopic analysis showed that HOTAIR knockdown has suppressed the growth of MCF7 cells in comparison to the control or scramble-antisense treated cells even at 24 h of post HOTAIR siSENSE transfection. Growth analysis showed that HOTAIR knockdown has suppressed the growth of MCF7 cells significantly in comparison to the control (untreated) or scramble-antisense treated cells. |
