| Function Description | Expression of lncRNAs MEG3, JPX, RNCR3, and ZFAS1 significantly differed between low and high malignancy grade. MEG3, JPX, RNCR3, and ZFAS1 showed significant decrease with tumour malignant progression. Expression of certain lncRNAs seems to be associated with patient's age at the time of diagnosis as correlation analysis showed moderate negative association for MEG3, ZFAS1, and RNCR3. |
