| Function Description | MIR31HG expression was remarkably decreased in bladder cancer tissues compared with adjacent noncancerous tissues. MIR31HG expression was also significantly down-regulated in four bladder cancer cell lines. Clinicopathologic analysis revealed that MIR31HG expression was negatively associated with TNM stage.In conclusion, as the host gene of miR-31, MIR31HG was remarkably downregulated in bladder cancer and cell lines. |
