| Function Description | qPCR analyses showed that MEG3 expression was lost in 32 of 52 NFPAs (61.5 %). In addition, MEG3 lncRNA levels were significantly decreased in invasive NFPAs and non-invasive NFPAs compared to normal anterior pituitaries. Furthermore, MEG3 expression was significantly decreased in invasive NFPAs compared to non-invasive NFPAs. |
