| Function Description | To better understand the roles of lncRNAs in ESCC, we first checked the expression levels of the 4 lncRNAs (ENST00000480669, NONHSAT104436, NONHSAT126998 and NONHSAT112918). The expression of lncRNAs were quantified via RT-PCR in ESCC tissues and matched noncancerous tissues. |
