| Function Description | We found that LINC00657 was upregulated in breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells as compared to non-malignant HMLE cells. LINC00657 knockout significantly suppresses tumor cell growth and proliferation, suggesting that it plays an oncogenic role. |
