| Function Description | BANCR overexpression was observed in osteosarcoma cell lines and clinical specimens. Increased BANCR expression was significantly associated with large tumor size, positive distant metastasis, and advanced clinical stage. High BANCR expression in osteosarcoma was an independent predictor of poor survival. Downregulation of BANCR inhibited MG-63 cell proliferation and invasion and promoted cell apoptosis in vitro. |
