| Function Description | The expression of all 18 candidate lncRNAs was evaluated by RT-qPCR, using 80 pairs of CRC and control tissue samples. Among these, eight lncRNAs (MALAT-1, NR_029373, NR_046321, NR_034119, GAS5, BANCR, NR_026817 and PCAT-1) were found significantly dysregulated in CRC tumor tissues compared with controls. |
