| Function Description | Decreased expression of lncRNA PCAT-1 could reduce the invasion ability. The up-regulation of lncRNA PCAT-1 was associated with poor prognosis of patients with cervical cancer. LncRNA PCAT-1 siRNA transfected into cervical cancer cell lines can effectively lower the expression of lncRNA PCAT-1, while lncRNA PCAT-1 expression can inhibit the proliferation, metastasis and invasion abilities of cervical cancer cells. |
