| Function Description | After marker discovery, we used the training set to detect the levels of these promising lncRNAs by RT and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) in a cohort of 24 patients with ccRCC and 27 normal controls. Five lncRNAs (lncRNA-LET, PVT1, PANDAR, PTENP1 and linc00963) were significantly downregulated in the serum of patients compared to the healthy controls. |
