| Function Description | In order to verify the microarray data, we selected the 26 most significantly dysregulated lncRNAs, which included 15 upregulated lncRNAs and 11 downregulated lncRNAs and then validated their expression level by qRT-PCR in two sets of NPC cells.The results showed that the expression patterns of 22 lncRNAs were consistent with the microarray data. |
