| Function Description | Linc00261, DKFZP434K028 and RPL34-AS1 had lower expression levels in gastric cancer tissues than the normal counterparts. In gastric cell lines, the three lncRNAs were also down-regulated compared with the respective normal gastric epithelial cell line GES-1. Moreover, the low expression levels of DKFZP434K028 and RPL34-AS1 positively correlated with the larger tumor size. |
